Christmas Time

Our first Christmas as newlyweds was wonderful! We enjoyed everything Christmas time has to offer!

We took my mom to the Bellevue Botanical Gardens and surprised her with a visit from the Staffords!

My mom, dad and I also enjoyed an evening on Snowflake lane!

Christmas Tree Hunting

Every year it is our family tradition to go cut our own tree down (Will and I don't we just go along for the fun and adventure). The place we had gone to for years did not really have tall, full trees last year, so... we tried a new place this year and I think we found our new place!

After we find the perfect trees we head back to Karen and Brad's place for lunch.

Oh and another wig...

Building Gingerbread Houses

Another thing we enjoyed during the Christmas season was building Gingerbread houses. Marisa came over she built hers and Will and I worked together in building one, althought it didnt last long cause one of our cats, Gizmo, enjoyed the sugar!

Wigs...

The night before Thanksgiving, our family had a pizza dinner since Karen and her family were going to the mountains for Thanksgiving. We have always wondered what Will would look like if he had hair. We started putting mom's wigs on Will and then from that point it, we all tried it on. It was definitely funny to see, but the funniest and scariest look was Will with hair!

Its the most wonderful time of the year...

Its Christmas time!! This is our first Christmas as a married couple and it is going to be a busy one. We have decorated the house (thank you marisa for helping!), ornaments are on the tree and started wrapping presents and put them under the tree.

Gizmo (our 21 lb. cat), has found a new favorite spot... under the christmas tree!

I love this holiday season!!!

Cancer...

August 7th was a major turning point for the Graham family. My mom was diagnosed with cancer yet again. This time it was in her bones- one rib and one vertebrae. With so many unknowns we started to think the worse, plan for things not knowing how much longer my mom had and started to enjoy life. This reminded us of how quickly life can be fine one minute and the next life could quickly slip away.

Mom started treatments- radiation and now chemo therapy. We have prayed and have so many friend and family who are praying for her and supporting her in many ways. Which we are so grateful and thankful for. We also are very thankful that the tumor marker numbers are going down and things are looking better. But we still have no clue how things are really going! She is a fighter and has an amazing support system!

We are all excited for our big family trip to Maui in February!!!

Honeymoon in Orlando!!

Our honeymoon started the evening of September 25th. We flew out of Seattle around 11pm. We were both very tired and fighting a cold. We arrived in Tampa in the morning and arrived in Orlando by early afternoon and started shopping at the outlets. After doing some shopping at the outlets, we headed to Costco to stock up on food. Then it was time to check into our hotel. Our trip overall was great! It was warm and in the 90's all week. We managed to go to 5 theme parks in 6 days. We had fun at Universal Studios, Island of Adventure, Sea World, Hollywood Studios and the Magic Kingdom. We liked every park in different ways, but we think Island of Adventure was the most fun! By the end of our trip, we were definitely ready to go home and get back into our everyday schedules.

Mini Honeymoon to Willows Lodge

The day after the wedding we took a couple days and relaxed at Willows Lodge. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. After the 3 busy days of Wedding Rehearsal, 4th of July and Wedding we were ready to sleep, watch movies and do nothing!

I would highly recommend Willows Lodge to anyone who wants a close get away!!

July 5, 2009... Our Wedding Day!!

Our wedding day was amazing! It turned out to be a perfect day. Not only was the weather amazing, but the wedding went on with out any big things happening. Our family and friends were there supporting us and helping make our celebration amazing. The flowers were so beautiful! Thanks Bev for all your time and hard work, they turned out exactly how I wanted them. Our ceremony started on time, which I was so impressed with. My sister Janet sounds so awesome, thanks for singing!!

Our reception was so much fun! We spent most of the evening dancing and having fun together. Laughing, smiling and just so in love!!! I feel bad that we did not get to talk to more of our guests, but we were having too much fun enjoying our selves on our wedding day. The food and cake were so tasty!

I really was not ready for the evening to end. It was such a special day that I will remember FOREVER!!! One word to sum our wedding up is AMAZING!!!
Thanks to all our family and friends for you unending support!! We love you!!
